If I once applied the disc two days earlier, do I have to change the "day of the disc change"?
Hello! For 5 months I have been using contraception with ginoring discs, I have always applied it and pulled it out on Thursdays around 8 pm. This time, due to the trip, on which I would not have to apply it, I put it on Tuesday 2 days earlier. And hence my question whether now I should switch to applying and pulling it out on Tuesdays or stay as it was on Thursdays and whether this one should also be pulled out on Tuesday 3 weeks after insertion or can I pull it out on Thursday as always? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Jak podaje producent - Mimo, że nie jest to zalecany sposób postępowania, jeśli system terapeutyczny dopochwowy Ginoring był stosowany nie dłużej niż 4 tygodnie, skuteczność antykoncepcyjna jest zachowana.
Zatem, w tym wypadku krążek założony we wtorek może Pani wyjąć za 3 tygodnie w czwartek, wtedy czwartek zostanie nadal dniem zmiany krążka, a ochrona będzie zachowana.
