Lek Padolten jest lekiem na receptę stosowanym w leczeniu objawowym bólu o umiarkowanym i dużym nasileniu. Zawiera w swoim składzie dwie substancje lecznicze: paracetamol oraz tramadol. Paracetamol wykazuje działanie przeciwbólowe oraz przeciwgorączkowe, natomiast tramadol działa silnie przeciwbólowo (należy do grupy opioidów). ani paracetamol ani tramadol nie mają dzilania przeciwzapalnego.
