Does lamotrigine impair the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Good morning, I have been taking wellbutrin (300 mg), lamotrigine (200mg per day), buspirone (20 mg per day), pregabaline (150 mg per day) and temporarily, quite rarely xanax 0.5. I got a contraceptive yaz from a dermatologist, I talked about other medications I take but he assured me that yaz would be okay and I needed it as protection against pregnancy during dermatological treatment.
