Can I take 2 tablets of Positivum at a time?
Do you have to take 2 positivem tablets at a time. ? I have been taking for a week and after one Tablette I have not yet slept well. I use only on noch positivem.

Usually, 1 tablet of the supplement is used 3 times a day. You can also use the supplement in the form - 1 tablet during the day and 2 in the morning - this is a safe solution.
