Is it possible to combine Unidox and Colchicum?

Because of the inflammation I take unidox solutab, prescribed by the doctor, sle I think I start to feel a gouge attack in the joint of the big toe, I have colchicine from the doctor in case of pain, but I do not know if I can take during the antibiotic
