Zjedzenie ciepłego posiłku przed lub po spożyciu tabletki nie będzie miało znaczącego wpływu na jej skuteczność, nie ma Pani powodów do obaw, ochrona przed ciążą jest zachowana.
Odczekałam tak w razie co 30' przed przyjęciem tabletki. Jednak mam nadzieję że zjedzenie ciepłego posiłku przed przyjęciem tabletki nie wypływa na nią negatywnie
