What are the indications for taking Acard?

Good morning. I have recently been diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmias (less than a year.) I take redemption 150, Beto 25 ZK, Neurovit and Aspargin. Two weeks ago in the evening I had such paresis of my left hand and I could not say anything for a moment. I am before the mag.glow and holter resonance studies. Since then, my head hurts on the left side before it appeared sporadically. The lady in the lab said that she also went through something similar and was paralyzed but she came out of it and said that she was taking Akard so that these platelets would not get plywood. My question is whether I should also take this drug because I am afraid that something will happen. Thank you in advance for your advice. Pizdrawiam
