After what period should I feel improvement using Pimafucort?

Hello, I am fresh from a visit to the Gynecologist, which was caused by a very large pain felt at the vestibule of the vagina and labia. I will only add that for a long time I have been struggling with recurrent vaginal infections and various types of irritations felt, for example, after intercourse. Recently, my partner and I used Durex intimate gel and two days after that, unfortunately, the first symptoms of irritation occurred. Two very red wounds are visible. After consultation, I was taken swabs for testing for bacteria, fungi. I was prescribed the drug ointment Pimafucort. I have been using it for 2 days. After what period of time should I feel any improvement? Unfortunately, I can apply globules only after menstruation, which I have to have tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. Is there anything else I can do to relieve myself? Please let me know.
