Can Amitriptyline cause weight gain?
Hello cordially.wants to ask about one thing.I take amitriptyline in a dose of half of 25 mg.my question is whether itself ie from the drug itself you can gain weight? is it possible that through this drug a lot of water is collected in the body?

W Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego brak informacji na temat tego, żeby lek powodował tycie, zwiększał apetyt lub zatrzymywał wodę w organizmie. Jest więc raczej niewielka szansa, że takie działanie wystąpi, ale nie jest to wykluczone. Proszę obserwować swój organizm, w razie wystąpienia jakichkolwiek działań niepożądanych, nawet takich o których nie ma mowy w ulotce - proszę skonsultować się z lekarzem.
