Tak, Mysimba może powodować bezsenność. Jest to jeden z bardzo często występujących działań niepożądanych obserwowanych w trakcie kuracji lekiem. Może Pani bez przeszkód stosować w trakcie leczenia melatoninę, jednak proszę pamiętać o zachowaniu stosownej kilkugodzinnej przerwy pomiędzy zażywaniem obu leków.
