Can reflux medicines reduce the effect of Clatra?

Hello. I have allergies to salicylates and therefore I take Clatre every day, in addition to this reflux I take Prokit and Zulbex. Can reflux medications weaken Clatra's effect, because today she feels discomfort in her throat?
