Is it possible to get pregnant and that I have fertile days despite taking pills?
Hello Today I noticed that I have pink-tinted mucus, sometimes I had one during fertile days. In addition, my lower abdomen hurts slightly. In the calendar, it shows me that I have a second fertile day. I take birth control pills and just today I took it with a 4-hour delay, because I forgot about it. Previously, I took them at a fixed time. Before I took it, about 2 hours earlier I had intercourse. Is it possible to get pregnant and that I have fertile days despite taking pills? Should I use any additional contraception? What could be the cause of this?

Prawidłowo przyjmowane tabletki antykoncepcyjne powodują, że nie występuje owulacja i nie ma dni płodnych. Każdy dzień na tabletkach jest "niepłodny" - stosowanie "kalendarzyka" nie ma więc zastosowania. Przy właściwym stosowaniu antykoncepcji hormonalnej jest bardzo mało prawdopodobne, aby doszło do owulacji i ciąży. Niemniej metoda ta nie jest w 100% skuteczna, pomimo swojej bardzo wysokiej niezawodności.
Dopuszczalne opóźnienie w przyjęciu tabletki zawsze jest ujęte w ulotce leku. Nie napisała Pani, jakie tabletki Pani stosuje, więc nie mogę tego dla Pani sprawdzić.

Ulotka leku Vixpo informuje, że jeśli opóźnienie w przyjęciu tabletki jest mniejsze niż 24 godziny, skuteczność antykoncepcyjna jest zachowana. Tabletkę należy przyjąć, gdy tylko pacjentka sobie o tym przypomni, a następnie przyjmować kolejne tabletki o zwykłej porze.
Są to tabletki vixpo
