Can I use Unidox if I take Slinda?

I am taking the 23rd tablet of Slinda from the pack today. I was prescribed the antibiotic Unidox Solutab 100mg today. The last sexual intercourse (without additional protection) I had 3 days ago. If I start taking an antibiotic today, will the ratio from 3 days ago be secured and there will be no risk of pregnancy? Is it better to wait before starting to take the antibiotic (and if so, what time)? Thank you and best regards

Może Pani rozpocząć stosowanie antybiotyku od dnia jego przepisania. Stosunek sprzed 3 dni jest zabezpieczony. Zaleca się stosowanie dodatkowej antykoncepcji przez cały okres antybiotykoterapii oraz przez co najmniej 7 dni po jej zakończeniu:
