Does E. coli bacteria in water affect the effects of Novynette?

it turned out that I have e-coli bacteria in the water for several days I always took an anti pill in the morning and washed down with tap water. Can this have any effect on the effectiveness of the tablet? Tablets that I have is novyentte, I always took a sip of water

Jeśli nie doszło do wymiotów lub biegunki w związku z zanieczyszczeniem wody, to moim zdaniem nie powinno to mieć wpływu na działanie tabletek, a przynajmniej takie działanie nie zostało opisane w dokumentacji leku.
