Can erosion cause more frequent infections?

Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoim przypadkiem. Nadżerka szyjki macicy, czyli ubytek tkanki może przebiegać bezobjawowo lub dawać niespecyficzne objawy, na ogół jest to krwawienie po stosunku lub badaniu ginekologicznym, nawracające stany zapalne, bóle podbrzusza. Mogą pojawić się dolegliwości z cechami infekcji takie jak upławy czy pieczenie lub świąd.

Nadżerką często nieprawidłowo określana bywa ektopia - zmiana charakteru tkanki pokrywającej szyjkę macicy, uważana za fizjologiczną. Ektopia - jeśli nie ma stanu zapalnego - to nie powinna przyczyniać się do pojawiania się dolegliwości.

Jeśli ma Pani wątpliwości co do diagnozy, a nawracają stany zapalne to według mojej najlepszej wiedzy właściwe będzie badanie kolposkopowe. O potrzebie wykonania konkretnych badań decyduje jednak ginekolog - jeśli jest Pani niezadowolona ze sposobu prowadzenia diagnostyki i terapii to proszę rozważyć konsultację z innym lekarzem.
