To @Gabrysia : For younger - 3 year old children, the situation is the same. Without consulting a doctor, the cream can be used for up to 5 days. Apply a small amount of cream to the affected area every 4 hours (maximum 5 times a day).
And for herpes lips in a 3-year-old?
