Can symptoms such as headaches and dizziness, feeling cold or discomfort in the abdomen be caused by discontinuation of Citabax?

Hello. I have questions about stopping an antidepressant. I have been taking Citabax 10 mg for 3 months and I want to stop taking it completely. I have not taken it for 3 days and I have symptoms such as: headaches and dizziness, feeling cold, discomfort in the abdomen. Can these symptoms indicate discontinuation of Citabax? If so, should I gradually discontinue this medication, e.g. take half the dose of 10 mg for several weeks, or wait until the withdrawal symptoms have passed? Thank you in advance for your reply.
