Nimesil (nimesulid) to niesteroidowy lek przeciwzapalny (NLPZ), jedyny przedstawiciel klasy sulfoanilidów. Wykazuje działanie przeciwzapalne, przeciwbólowe i przeciwgorączkowe. Preparat jest wskazany w leczeniu ostrego bólu lub w bolesnym miesiączkowaniu. Jest to lek wydawany na receptę, zatem zasadność i potrzebę jego stosowania ocenia lekarz. Nie należy stosować tego preparatu bez porozumienia z lekarzem.
Powiększone węzły chłonne, szczególnie szyi to częsty objaw chorób infekcyjnych górnych dróg oddechowych, o podłożu bakteryjnym czy wirusowym. Wśród częstych przyczyn powiększenia węzłów chłonnych wymienia się obecność zmiany ropnej na skórze, np. przy chorobie kociego pazura.
