Can I take PentoHEXAL 600 and Glucophage XR?

Good morning. Can I take PentoHEXAL 600 and Glucophage XR (morning and evening) at the same time. I've been very lethargic lately and I don't know if not by combining these drugs.

Przyjmowanie doustnie leku Pentohexal dużej dawce 600mg może nasilać działanie hipoglikemizujące Glucophage XR. Należy kontrolować poziom glukozy w trakcie włączania i zaprzestania stosowania Pentohexalu - badania poziomu glukozy zleci lekarz prowadzący. Jeśli korzysta Pani z glukometru, to warto też sprawdzać glikemię przygodną.

Proszę pamiętać o poinformowaniu lekarza prowadzącego o wszystkich przyjmowanych lekach, również o tych, które są wydawane bez recepty lub zaleconych przez innego specjalistę.
