Hello. I basically wanted to share some information. Yesterday I visited my dermatologist after 4 months of using aklief. He said that he sees an improvement and so too but these are still not the effects that I expected after such a long treatment. The doctor informed me that retinoid therapy can take up to 2 years... So I wish you all and myself a lot of patience. Let's not give up :)

A ile razy w tygodniu stosowałaś? Ja od 2 miesiący 6 razy w tygodniu stosuję skinoren na noc i raz w tygodniu AKLIEF na noc, głównie na przebarwienia, ale coraz częściej wyskakują mi wypryski na brodzie i policzkach, czy to normalne? Na dzień używam sps30 La Roche Possay Effeclar Duo, a myję buzię żelem AVENE plus na wieczór olejek z Joave. Czy coś robię źle? Tracę już nadzieję, że będzie lepiej..
