Hello. Scabs appeared in my nose, can I smear them with Detreomycin 2%? I ask because I received such a recommendation, and on the leaflet it is written that the ointment should be applied to the skin, and the scab is in the nose. Thank you for your help and best regards.

Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego Detreomycyna 2% preparat ten jest przeznaczony do stosowania na skórę, nie na błony śluzowe.
Należy jednak pamiętać, że maść z detreomycyną wydawana jest na receptę, w związku z tym lekarz - na podstawie własnej wiedzy i najlepszego doświadczenia - może zalecić jej stosowanie w inny sposób niż opisano w ulotce, jeśli z praktyki uznaje, że taka terapia jest bezpieczna i pomocna.
