Hello for a year I feel a lump in the throat. I am treated with ketrel 100mg and pregabalin 300ng. I'm addicted to everything in total and I took everything at once. During the treatment I took a week of time codeine. I stopped taking codeine, went back to terpi and ketrel and pregabalin doesn't help now. What to do about it?

W przypadku pregabaliny efekt działania terapeutycznego pojawia się z reguły po 3-4 tygodniach od regularnego stosowania. Jest to zależne od dawki, dolegliwości czy chorób współistniejących. Jeśli chodzi o Ketrel, działanie powinno być widoczne po kilku dniach do 2 tygodni stosowania, jednak podobnie jak w przypadku pregabaliny duże znaczenie ma dawka, dolegliwości, choroby współistniejące, a także predyspozycje organizmu.
