Where can I buy a pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine and can I get vaccinated with it given the double vaccination for Covid-19?

I want to take a second dose of pneumococcal polysaccharides. Where can I buy it and can I get vaccinated with it considering being vaccinated for Covid twice. I am 70 years old.
