Stosowanie Hydroksyzyny razem z Tamoxifenem może zwiększać ryzyko zaburzeń rytmu serca. Jednakże występuje to bardzo rzadko i najbardziej narażeni są pacjenci ze znanym lub nabytym wydłużeniem odstępu QT w eletrokardiogramie oraz innymi chorobami serca. Jednakże takiego działania nie można wykluczyć. W przypadku wątpliwości należy skontaktować się z lekarzem.
Proszę też pamiętać aby zawsze mówić lekarzowi o wszystkich stosowanych lekach i suplementach diety.
