Nie ma przeciwwskazań do jednoczesnego stosowania wspomnianych w pytaniu produktów. Pomiędzy flukonazolem zawartym w produkcie leczniczym Mycosyst i bakteriami kwasu mlekowego zawartymi w suplemencie diety Trivagin nie wykazano interakcji mogących negatywnie wpływać na ich skuteczność. Leki przeciwgrzybicze, w odróżnieniu od antybiotyków, nie wpływają na skuteczność preparatów probiotycznych, dlatego pomiędzy przyjęciem wspomnianych preparatów zachowanie odstępu czasowego nie jest konieczne.
