Maksymalne stężenie leku we krwi obserwowane jest po 5 godzinach od przyjęcia tabletki.
W przypadku leków takich jak kwetiapina, np. Kwetaplex XR efekt terapii może być zauważalny dopiero po ustaleniu odpowiedniej dawki. Zwykle leczenie rozpoczyna się od dawki 50 mg, następnie po konsultacji z lekarzem dawka jest zwiększana, aż do uzyskania pożądanego efektu leczniczego.
Zatem, jeśli nie obserwuje Pani poprawy, proszę skonsultować się ze swoim lekarzem, być może konieczna będzie zmiana dawki leku.
