What are the available drugs for memory and concentration in the pharmacy?

Hello. I have problems with concentration and memory so much that sometimes it has such negative effects that, for example, I will be robbed or the car will roll, coeszko me to think and learn I was at the neurologist but everything ok resonance with contrast also basically ok, no depression, but it seems to me that the resonance will not detect whether the hippocampus is working properly. And I have a question. What are the DRUGS that best work on the brain scientifically proven and not just placebo psychotherapy diet healthy fats but something is wrong. Na początku chciałabym zaznaczyć, iż farmaceuta nie ma uprawnień do rekomendowania czy ordynowania leków dostępnych w aptece na receptę.
Jeśli uważa Pan, że dawki leków Medikinet i piracetamu są niewystarczające, warto przedyskutować to ze swoim lekarzem. Jest również możliwe, iż terapia którą Pan stosuje przyniesie efekty dopiero za kilka tygodni.

Spośród leków wspierających pamięć i koncentrację na uwagę zasługuje również winpocetyna. Mechanizm działania winpocetyny jest wielokierunkowy. W licznych badaniach przedklinicznych wykazano, że winpocetyna wpływa w OUN na procesy metaboliczne wywołane niedokrwieniem i hipoksją, poprawiając metabolizm, mikrokrążenie oraz przepływ krwi w mózgu. Średni czas terapii wynosił od czterech do pięciu tygodni. U większości badanych chorych obserwowano znaczną i umiarkowaną poprawę - szczególnie procesów pamięci oraz funkcji wzrokowych - w ocenianych testach psychologicznych.

Ja nie proszę o reklamę substancji handlowej tylko o największe dowody które wskazują ze określona substancjia jest najskuteczniejsza
