What can be the cause and what solution to use when my son with astigmatism hurts his eyes after using the phone or computer, and other children do not?
Hello. The six-year-old has been diagnosed with astigmatism, wears glasses. I know that using phones or a computer is unhealthy, but nowadays it's hard to do something about it. My son, however, as he sits a little on the phone will watch a fairy tale or play the game odkladas him talking with his eyes hurt. I consulted with an ophthalmologist who said that it is normal because he has astigmatism. However, other children who also have, however, can of course use everything within the limits of the prudestment. What could be the cause of this, and what solution can be used?

Z uwagi na to, że naszą specjalnością są leki, jako farmaceuci nie diagnozujemy chorób oczu i nie proponujemy sposobu ich rozwiązania, dlatego opisany przez Panią problem najlepiej skonsultować z aktualnym okulistą nadmieniając, że nadal czuje się Pani zaniepokojona lub ewentualnie poradzić się innego okulisty. Są to osoby, w których kompetencjach leży odpowiedź na zadane nam pytanie.
Należy mieć jednak na uwadze, że każde dziecko jest inne oraz może mieć inny stopień zaawansowania choroby, dlatego sugerowanie się tym, że inne maluchy nie mają określonych objawów, a Pani dziecko ma, jest nieuzasadnione i nie powinno mieć miejsca. Należy w tej kwestii przestrzegać zaleceń lekarza dostosowanych do stanu zdrowia swojego dziecka.
