Jednoczesne stosownie wymienionych leków nie jest wskazane ze względu na zachodzące miedzy nimi interakcje. Anafranil może potęgować działanie hamujące na ośrodkowy układ nerwowy leku Cloranxen. Możliwe jest wzmożenie takich działań niepożądanych jak senność, dezorientacja, zawroty głowy, trudności z koncentracją. Jeśli oba leki zostały przepisane przez tego samego lekarza, należy stosować je według zaleceń, natomiast zwrócić uwagę czy nie będą powodować wyżej wymienionych działań i w razie czego skontaktować się ponownie z lekarzem.
