Do I need to take Belara in the evening?
Good morning, I turn to the question of the time of taking Belara tablets. In the leaflet of the drug it is written that it is best to take the tablets in the evening. However, I wonder if this is necessary? I always took the previous contraceptive pills in the morning, at 10:30, and I am afraid that it will be difficult for me to switch to taking the pills in the evening... Is it really necessary to take Belay in the evening, or can it also be taken in the morning? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Nie ma konieczności przyjmowania tabletki wieczorem, najważniejsze jest to, aby codziennie przyjmować tabletkę o tej samej porze dnia. Wieczór dla wielu pacjentek jest po prostu częścią dnia, w której najłatwiej jest stosować lek o tej samej godzinie, najłatwiej o tym pamiętać. Jednak nie ma przeszkód co do tego, aby stosowała Pani lek codziennie o 10:30.
