Łączenie leku Noctis z preparatami ziołowymi o działaniu uspokajającym nie jest przeciwwskazane. Należy mieć natomiast na uwadze, iż ich łączne stosowanie zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, jak nadmierna senność, zaburzenia koncentracji czy spadek ciśnienia tętniczego lub bóle i zawroty głowy. W razie wystąpienia tego typu objawów suplementy ziołowe należy odstawić. Należy również unikać prowadzenia pojazdów mechanicznych.

Aby nie zaburzać skuteczności leku Noctis, lepiej nie łączyć go z melatoniną. Melatoninę można włączyć dopiero po zakończeniu kuracji lekiem Noctis.
