Przy czopkach Proktosedon i leku Epigapent można stosować leki zobojętniające typu Gastrotuss czy Helides jednak z uwagi na fakt, iż mogą one obniżać dostępność biologiczną gabapentyny (substancji czynnej leku Epigapent) nawet o 24%, należy stosować je co najmniej dwie godziny przed przyjęciem leku Epigapent.
