W przypadku podania leku w momencie opisanym w ulotce, tj. m.in. po 6 tygodniach od porodu (o ile pacjentka karmi piersią) jest skuteczny od momentu podania. Nie określono skuteczności leku, w przypadku podania go w innym terminie. Zachęcam do stosowania dodatkowej metody antykoncepcji przez minimum 14 kolejnych dni:
