Mimo, iż Iberogast zawiera wyciągi alkoholowe, można łączyć go z lekiem Mozarin.
Jak pokazują badania, nie ma interakcji farmakodynamicznych lub farmakokinetycznych escytalopramu z alkoholem - mimo wszystko podobnie jak w przypadku innych leków psychotropowych jednoczesne spożycie alkoholu nie jest wskazane. W przypadku leku Iberogast, są to jednak ilości etanolu, które nie stanowią istotnego zagrożenia.
