Nie, leki Telfexoi Singulair działają inaczej. Telfexo zawiera feksofenadyny chlorowodorek, który jest lekiem przeciwhistaminowym, co oznacza że będzie znajdował zastosowanie w łagodzeniu objawów alergii. Zarejestrowane wskazania obejmują objawy kataru siennego oraz skórne reakcje alergiczne.

Lek Singulair zawiera montelukast, który jest antagonistą receptora leukotrienowego. Efektem jest zablokowanie działania substancji zwanych leukotrienami. Ponieważ leukotrieny powodują zwężenie i obrzęk dróg oddechowych, ale także wywołują objawy alergii, zastosowanie leku Singulair może łagodzić objawy takich schorzeń jak astma czy reakcje uczuleniowe.
