Zarówno Dicopeg Junior, jak i Dicopeg Junior Free zawierają tą samą substancję czynną (5 g makrogolu 3350). Natomiast Dicopeg Junior zawiera w składzie również dwutlenek krzemu, aromat, sól sodowa sacharyny, a Dicopeg Junior Free nie. Producent informuje również, że wersję Junior Free można rozpuszczać nie tylko w wodzie, ale również w innych płynach (np. mleko, herbata, sok). Natomiast wersję Junior zaleca się rozpuszczać w wodzie.
