Should I still consult my doctor before i finish my Pradaxa treatment?

At the end of January I was taken to hospital with thrombosis in my leg, the reason was (most likely) poorly selected birth control pills plus overweight. From February I take pradaxe - two tablets a day. The doctor in the hospital and the one I was in control said that the treatment would last half a year. The tablets end exactly on August 15th this year and I don't know if I should go to check-in or just stop taking them before weaning them. I would add that on September 21, I have another check-up with my doctor. Please reply and thank you in advance

Przed zakończeniem terapii warto byłoby jeszcze skonsultować się z lekarzem. Być może specjalista zdecyduje o jej kontynuacji lub zastąpieniu Pradaxy innym lekiem.
