Can the COVID-19 vaccine cause kidney problems and how long after the second dose can I take Pyralgin and Buscopan?

Hello. Well, after the first dose of pfizer vaccine after 4 days I had renal colic (kidney stones) while today after the second dose my kidneys hurt. Could it be a coincidence? And please tell me how long after the second dose of vaccination I can take pyralgine and buscopan? I can't do it for a long time.
