Combining Mirtagen and Quetaplex drugs (or other drugs with quetiapine, e.g. Pinexet) carries the risk of increasing the level of prolactin, which in men can have a negative effect, m.in. on libido. Such a combination is not recommended for people with hepatic insufficiency, caution should be exercised by patients with heart and vascular diseases or with a family history of QT prolongation.
