Is vaginal oedema an adverse reaction to Fluomizin and should I stop treatment?

Hi, I was prescribed fluomizin, the first tablet I applied without a problem, but today I did it with great difficulty due to the large swelling of the vagina inside or should I stop using the drug? Is it a side effect?

Obrzęk w miejscu podania podczas stosowania tabletek dopochwowych Fluomizin zdarza się niezwykle rzadko. Jeśli towarzyszy mu świąd, uczucie pieczenia - być może jest to reakcja alergiczna na prowadzone leczenie, wówczas należy przerwać terapię.

Jeśli aplikacja leku (nawet po zwilżeniu tabletki wodą) nie jest możliwa lub doszło do wystąpienia reakcji alergicznej, należy skonsultować się z ginekologiem w celu modyfikacji sposobu leczenia.
