Jeśli dziecko przyjmuje Hascovir z powodu zakażenia wirusem ospy wietrznej, wówczas włączyć można jedynie paracetamol.
Podanie ibuprofenu (np. Nurofen) nie jest w tym wypadku wskazane - W leczeniu objawów zarówno ospy wietrznej jak i półpaśca, należy unikać preparatów na bazie ibuprofenu, gdyż leki te mogą prowadzić do rozwoju nadkażeń bakteryjnych skóry.
