Zażycie dwóch tabletek Stoperanu 20 minut przed przyjęciem tabletki antykoncepcyjnej Vines nie będzie obniżało skuteczności antykoncepcji. Jeśli w czasie 3-4 godzin po przyjęciu tabletki Vines nie wystąpiła biegunka, nie ma konieczności przyjmowania dodatkowej tabletki z awaryjnego blistra.
