Nie rozumiem pytania - czy chodzi o to, jaki lekarz może wypisać Panu Xarelto? Jeśli tak - to każdy lekarz, również rodzinny internista może wypisać receptę na Xarelto. Do wypisania leku Xarelto nie jest wymagana konkretna specjalizacja. Jeśli miał Pan na myśli coś innego i oczekuje innej odpowiedzi - proszę o doprecyzowanie pytania.
