Należy normalnie kontynuować stosowanie tabletek antykoncepcyjnych Cerazette po zażyciu "tabletki po". Trzeba jednak pamiętać, że octan uliprystalu (np. EllaOne) może zmniejszyć skuteczność stosowanych regularnie hormonalnych środków antykoncepcyjnych i do czasu rozpoczęcia kolejnego cyklu miesiączkowego konieczne jest dodatkowe zabezpieczenie.
