I'm afraid that substitutes - due to the fact that they contain the same active ingredient as Xarelto - will have similar side effects.
It may be worth consulting a dietician.

Jednymi z częstych działań niepożądanych Xarelto jest niedokrwistość, a także zawroty i bóle głowy, które mogą wpływać na ogólne złe samopoczucie czy zmęczenie. W przypadku utraty wagi nie potwierdzono w badaniach klinicznych, aby była ona spowodowana lekiem Xarelto. Warto skontaktować się z lekarzem prowadzącym, jeśli objawy nie ustąpią, a masa ciała nadal będzie się zmniejszać. Być może jest inna przyczyna takich reakcji organizmu.
