Stop using diclac and neurovit fast drugs if I have side effects?

Hello. I have inflammation, sudden pain in the lumbar-sacral region, I received drugs in injections: diclac75mg/3ml and neurovit fast 100mg+100mg+1mg/2ml. After administration on the first day, I felt slight discomfort in the digestive system, I also have found irritable bowel syndrome. I asked the doctor for injections, first of all, because the gastrointestinal tract was as little harm as possible. On the second day after the next two injections was even worse, the mood of discomfort increased even more, disgust in the mouth, bloating and free stools 4x during the day. For now it is to be withstand, the pain in the spine has subsided a little but I am afraid for the abdomen. Is it to be stopped, or is it necessary to discontinue treatment?

Zarówno lek Diclac w iniekcjach jak i Neurovit fast mogą spowodować występowanie m.in. bólów brzucha, zaburzenia żołądkowo-jelitowe, biegunki. W przypadku, gdy po kolejnych dawkach leków działania nasiliły się, zachęcam, aby przed zastosowaniem trzeciej dawki skonsultować się z lekarzem prowadzącym. Lekarz na podstawie Pani historii choroby oraz samopoczucia po już zastosowanych preparatach oceni dalsze postępowanie farmakologiczne. Samo wystąpienie działań niepożądanych nie jest wskazaniem do przerwania leczenia. W trakcie konsultacji lekarz oceni czy stopień ich nasilenia pozwala na kontynuowanie farmakoterapii czy też nie:
