Łączenie obu leków zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia zaburzeń czynności nerek.
Należy unikać takiego połączenia, zwłaszcza u osób z chorobami nerek. Jednorazowe zastosowanie leków w takiej konfiguracji nie powinno zaszkodzić.
