U pacjentów stosujących lek Cyclo 3 Forte często (u mniej niż 1 na 10 osób) obserwowano biegunkę, niekiedy ciężką, szybko ustępującą po zaprzestaniu leczenia oraz ból brzucha.
Zaburzenia pracy układu pokarmowego obserwowano także podczas stosowania diklofenaku zawartego w produkcie Lecznicym Diclovit.
Jeśli dolegliwości nie ustąpią w ciągu 1-2 dni, należy skonsultować się z lekarzem, który zdecyduje o tym, czy leczenie powinno być kontynuowane.
