Am I protected from pregnancy if I take an antibiotic and have had an unseated relationship 5 days earlier?

Hello, I take Vibin birth control pills. On Monday, I had intercourse without additional security. From Thursday, I will most likely have to take an antibiotic. I know that it reduces the effectiveness of tablets and you need to protect yourself additionally for the duration of taking and 7 days after. Sperm can live 7 days so if the ratio was on Monday and the antibiotic from Friday I am secured?

Tak, w opisanej sytuacji nie ma ryzyka ciąży. Tak jak Pani zakłada, przyjmowanie antybiotyku od piątku będzie wymagało stosowania dodatkowej metody antykoncepcji przez cały okres przyjmowania antybiotyku i przez 7 dni po zakończeniu kuracji.
