Teoretycznie, gdyby partner miał na palcach preejakulat i w czasie pettingu wprowadził go do pochwy, istnieje szansa za zapłodnienie. Praktycznie, prawdopodobieństwo, że doszło do zapłodnienia jest bardzo niewielkie. Dowiedziono bowiem, że preejakulat zawiera plemniki - w porównaniu do spermy, ich ilość jest jednak znacznie mniejsza, w większości są one osłabione bądź obumarłe.

Reasumując, prawdopodobieństwo zajścia w ciążę jest bardzo niewielkie. Na przyszłość warto jednak unikać sytuacji, które budzą wątpliwości.
